Ensuring clear and unambiguous invoice identification is essential – and can be achieved by maintaining the following rules:

Flexible configuration options in the invoicing module
- With Apilo, it is easier to include shipping costs on invoices. You can use the “add price proportionally” option, which hides the shipping fee while distributing it across the purchased products
- You also decide where to place your bank account details on the invoice – header, footer, or summary section.
- If needed, you can manually issue a single sales documents for an order or create a document without linking it to any order.
- Creating invoice corrections is just as simple – open the documents you want to adjust and fill out a short form.
- Apilo also offers a Customer Area, a panel with detailed order information accessible via the “Customer Area link” variable in message templates. You can configure invoices so they are available directly in this section
